QuickBooks is sending invoices on its own. It is not from recurring transactions. Our customers are getting invoices sent to them 3 days later as a reminder. How to stop?

At this time, we have an ongoing investigation about the invoice reminders that are automatically sent to customers. Our product engineers are aware of the issue and are in the process of being prioritized/investigated. 

Although this is being actively looked at, we do not have a specific time frame for resolution at this time. 

To ensure you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its resolution, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so you'll receive email updates. Please provide the INV-51047 to our representative as your reference.

To reach them, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
4. Press on Let's talk.
5. Select on Get a callback.
6. Key in your contact details.
7. Then tap on Confirm my call.

Also, make sure to turn off the Automatic invoice reminders feature. This will stop sending automatic invoices to your customer. Here's how:

1. Go to the Settings menu, then select Account and Settings.
2. Click the Sales tab, then go to the Reminders section and select the Pencil icon to edit your preferences.
3. Turn off Automatic invoice reminders by toggling the button to the left. Then, click Save.

Since there is no resolution for this issue nor i would suspect any help that could be provided by an actual callback, can you instead provide the more concise steps to simply add our accounts to the "we have this issue and our customers are getting ticked off" list
