In May 2020 we Migrated from many years of QB desktop to QBO. I really miss the reports.. But I am trying to save a few trees when I print my monthly A/R Aging. How do I clear/sort/filter these journal entries/Condensed Customers off the report?

You can customize the AR report so you'd only see the information you need. I can guide you on how to do it.
You can save the customization you've made for future use. Just click on the Save customization button. Then, you can locate it on the Custom Reports tab when needed.
