Hello, Francisco Estevez.
I'm here to share information about the A/R Aging reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, the ability to filter the A/R Aging report by account is unavailable in QBO. However, you can manually export the report to Excel and customize it to add the accounts as a workaround.
Here's how to do it:
- At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then click Export to Excel.
- Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.
I can see how having this option would be helpful for you and your business. I highly suggest sending feedback directly to our product developers. They are always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBO.
Here's how to submit feedback:
- In QBO, click the Gear (Settings) icon at the top right.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then tick Next to submit feedback.
