Accountant copy made in error how do I undo/cancel/clear it?

It's nice to have you in the Community, @jaye2. I can share information on Accountant Copies.

You can remove the restriction for the accountant's copy to void it. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the File menu.
2.  Choose Send Company File.
3. Click Accountant's copy, then Client Activities.
4. Select Remove Restrictions.
5. Choose Yes, I want to remove the Accountant's Copy restrictions, then OK.

Please know that this process is irreversible. Additionally, you will need to send another Accountant Copy file. For further insight into this, I recommend the following article: Remove the accountant's copy restriction.
