Is there are time frame for when we can expect the Sales Tax Liability Report will be FIXED!
Hello, Jevans.
Whenever there's a reported issue on a software I'm using, I expect it will be resolved in a timely manner. That said, I have news regarding the Sales Tax Liability report issue.
I checked the investigation case number provided by CharleneMae_F. Our engineers have already closed it.
Since you're still experiencing the issue, you can check to see if this is caused by a residual cache data that still has the root cause of the problem.
You'll want to rule this out by using a private or incognito window:
Then, run the Sales Tax Liability report from there. When it finally shows the correct values, you'll want to clear the cache to remove the corrupted data. Close all of your browser processes afterwards to complete the process.
You can also use another supported browser as another solution to fix this.
If you're still experiencing the Sales Tax Liability report issue, you'll want to contact our support again. You can use the same phone number. If you don't have it handy anymore, you can use the steps provided by CharleneMae_F.
After fixing the issue, you can manage your sales tax payments. I suggest checking this article for guides and pointers: File your sales tax return and record tax payment in QuickBooks Online.
You can also check out other articles in our general support page (select a topic, then choose an article).
I'll listen to other concerns you might have for QuickBooks Online. Just reply here and I'll address them for you.
