Anyone know how to add additional emails to get copied on recurring invoice template?

Hi there, @gpernudi. Let me assist you in adding email to your recurring invoices. 

 

Yes, we can add a new email to the invoices to receive a copy in our email.

 

Let me show you how: 

  1. Go to Transaction, and select Recurring invoices.
  2. Click Edit
  3. Under Email, click the CC/BCC or add an email using a comma (,) on the box.

Anyone know how to add additional emails to get copied on recurring invoice template?

Once I click edit there is no email option.  It only shows the invoice itself and options for scheduling it.  It uses the email associated with that customer but again no option to add another email anywhere. I wonder if I can add a second email separated by comma under the customer itself?

The instruction shared by my colleague is only applicable to the same template and can't be copied if you want to create a new one. 

 

To add a new email address that'll show in all your recurring invoice templates, we can enter it under the Customer profile. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then select Customers.
  2. Choose the name of the customer.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. On the Email field, put a comma next to the first email and then enter the second one.
  5. Once done, hit Save.
