Why can I not turn on billing address on display on the invoices I am printing
The Billing Address section is selected by default in QBO, EdieJo.
When customizing an invoice template, it's normal to see the Billing Address box checked and greyed out. If you've entered the bill to address in the customer's profile, then it'll automatically show on the invoice.
You can create a dummy invoice to verify this:

Thanks, I can see the billing address in the preview, it's just not printing it, it prints the shipping address in both fields. It's crazy making !

I'm here to help show the billing address when printing an invoice in QuickBooks Online.
We'll need to check the information stored on the customer's details. Please make sure the box beside Same as billing address option is unchecked.
You can update the content on the Billing address field to ensure it'll print.
Please follow the steps:
1. On the left navigation bar, select Sales.
2. Go to the Customers tab.
3. Click the customer name.
4. Go to the Customer Details tab.
5. Click Edit.
6. Below the Address tab, make sure the box beside Same as billing address is unchecked.
7. Make sure the information on the Billing address field is correct.
8. Click Save.
Once done, please try to print an invoice again and see if it'll print the correct billing address information.
If the problem continues, you can also try switching to a different supported browser. This will help us identify if the problem is browser related.

We had to clear the cache and history of the lady trying to print the invoices, this stopped the Shipping address populating both in the bill to and ship to fields.

I have tried every solution for this issue. I went to customer profile and followed instructions as well as billing template. I even did a data restore. Nothing will fix this issue.
