Billing ..I am being charge twice a month.? WHY?

Hi @cgoodson,

You can view your payment history through QuickBooks Online to check the charge that you received. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Look for the View Payment History link and click it.

The payment history will only display for the last six months of your billing. Also, you can view your statement the day after the billing date to verify the charge.

If you have any other questions about the charges, I recommend you contact our Customer Service Support. They have a specific tool to review your billing information and can provide more details about them.

Here's how:

  1. At the top right, select Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type in Charge Inquiry, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a call back button.
  5. Fill out all the information needed.
  6. Hit Send message.

For additional information on how to manage your payment details, refer to this article: Update your billing and subscription information in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to leave a message below if you have additional queries.

Billing ..I am being charge twice a month.? WHY?

Let me route you to the right support so they can check why you're being charged twice this month, Vherman.

We can verify first what's the duplicate charge amount for by signing in to your Intuit account through the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) website. This shows all of your QuickBooks subscriptions and your billing history from the previous date period.

Here are the steps to get there:

  1. Log in to My Account and sign in using your Intuit account credentials.
  2. Select View your transaction history under the Payment and Order Activity section.
  3. In the Payment History page, click the Period drop-down and choose a date.
  4. Filter the list by date and time. The payment history can show both payments and refunds in your account within the last 360 days or one year.
  5. Tick the Details link next to the payment or refund to see more information.

Once done, reach out to our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you detailed information about why you are being charged twice for that period.

You can request a callback from our support agent. This way, you won't have to wait on the line.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right.
  2. Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Tick Continue
  5. Choose Message an agent to connect with our support.
