is there a way to disable a customer's ability to view the invoice prior to it being sent?
Hello PH_Vergent,
We want to help you with your questions about the invoice. However, we need more information about it to provide the correct resolution and to sort it out promptly.
The ability for customers to view invoices that weren't sent to them yet is unavailable. Can you share with us more information about your question concerning the invoice? Are you referring to the changes to an invoice that was sent already? Any additional details you can provide would greatly help.
In the meantime, you can check this article for additional guidance in creating and sending invoices in QuickBooks Online: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Please know that you're always welcome to post questions in this space. Have a great day ahead.

I'll be here ot help if there's any additional questions. Have a great day!
