Changing the tax option to credit card fee in your invoices option is unavailable. For now, the only workaround is adding service fees to your invoices.
I understand the importance of this ability for users to charge fees to your respective customers. Know that our Product Development team provides updates regularly to improve the features and options.
As we assess this, I recommend sending feedback about the needed feature to our Product Development team. They make changes and adjustments based on the feedback from users.
To send a feature recommendation, you can follow the steps below:
- Click the Gear icon at the top, then tap Feedback.
- Indicate your comments or suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
You can trace requests for features through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
