Can I have Quickbooks mail my payroll checks like they mail my vendor payments?

In QuickBooks Online, you need to print payroll checks and manually mail them to your employees.

If you want employees to view, download, or print their payroll checks online, you can invite them to access Intuit Workforce. This site allows them to manage their own user ID, personal settings, and security info.

Let me show you how:

1. Go to Workers or Payroll menu, and select Employees.
   • For a new employee, select Add an employee.
   • For an existing employee, select the employee’s name, then select Edit ✎ next to Pay.
2. Add your employee's info, including their email address.
3. Then select the Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2s online checkbox.
4. Select Done.

You'll then provide this link to your employee: View your paychecks and W-2s online for instructions and detailed steps on how to access Intuit Workforce.

You can also print pay stubs and manually mail them to your employees.
