Hey there, leylaozev07.

If you're trying to attach an image to an estimate, you can use the Attachment feature in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. On the Estimate screen, go to the Attachment section.
  2. Choose the image you want to add in the transaction.
  3. Hit Open.
  4. Ensure to select the Attach to email box to include the image when you send the estimate.
  5. The image will show on your customer's end when they received the transaction.

Is there a way to show the product image on the line item of the estimate?

Let me share details about creating estimates in QBO, envi.

For now, there's no option to attach a product image per line item when creating estimate. You'll want to use the Attachment feature to include a picture of the product that you're selling. You can follow the steps that are shared in the previous responses on how to attach a file.

You can also send feedback or feature request to our engineers. You can submit them directly from your QBO account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feedback and suggestions about being able to show product images per line item.
  3. Click Next to submit them.

You might want to consider using a third-party app for estimates and other sales forms. Here's how to look for approved apps:

  1. Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
  2. Click the drop-down list for Browse category, then select Get Paid.
  3. Select a more specific category (Calculate Quotes), then select an app.
