Under QBSE, is there a way to track these discounts for a report?

Currently, the invoices in QBSE don't reflect on the reports. Hence, we cannot track the discounts. Instead, you can add the discount as a separate transaction. You can categorize it as an expense under Business.

I'd also recommend reaching out an accountant about this. They can give you options on how you can record the discount in QBSE.
