Hello there, JohnITS.
Yes, you can send invoice through encrypted emails. To do so, you can use one of our apps that will help you through it. I'll show you how:
To know more about the app, you can directly contact their support. To help you manage and customize your sales forms, you can go to our customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online page.
Let me know if there's anything else that you need help with. You take care!
The is was an appallingly useless answer. So the answer is NO, Quickbooks doesn't allow it or have it built in, which is dumbfounding.
What's more you didn't even know which, if any of those apps has the feature AND if any of them have the feature it will cost me to use it. Honestly, to send using end to end encryption should be a given. It is built into Outlook and Gmail.
Poor features from a company with a poor product. It is only useful because it is so universal.
I really am going to have to look at another suite. QBO stinks. $70 a month for nothing but basic accounting. Every other feature is more and more $.
Typing in email invoice, gets me mostly apps that want to send physical invoices through USPS. Are you kidding me. Did you look for one or just hope that your advice was useful?
