Sound good I appreciate the help. I will however have to keep doing it the way I have been, going to Plus or Advanced is way more than I need.
Thanks again.

Good morning, Momo5.
Thanks for following up on this thread.
Just to make sure, were you able to give the steps mentioned above a try? You should be able to see the price rules (beta) option in your QuickBooks Plus account. Here's a visual of what it will look like:
Make sure the toggle is turned on (green) and then choose Save when you're finished.
Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you still don't see it or if you have any other questions. I'll be here to help.
Hi Morgan,
As you can see from the attached screen shot for our account...I cannot see the link for price rules (beta) option...
Are there any differences for the international version of Quickbooks online?....
Hi Momo5!
Thanks for the update. Let me further assist you with the price rules.
Yes, some features aren't available yet on the international version of QuickBooks Online and one of those is the price rule which is still in beta. Currently, this is only offered in the QuickBooks Online US version and needs to be in the Plus or Advanced plan.
What I can suggest is to use a third-party application that has a similar feature. Visit the Apps menu and search from there.
I also added this link: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online. This can help you in setting up and tracking your products in QuickBooks Online.
Keep on posting here if you need more assistance. Take care!
Hello,
I love the price rules. Thank you!!!
I see the way to make them "Inactive". Is there a way to permanently delete them? That would be nice too...
Thanks,
Mark
Hello Mark!
Let me assist you and share some details about price rules.
I also love the pricing rule as it allows us to control the price of the products and services. Yes, you can make it inactive but currently, we're unable to permanently delete them.
You'll want to send feedback about this to our engineers. Let them know that you need to delete a price rule. Simply go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.

Seriously annoying this isn't available to UK customers. I'm willing to pay to upgrade to the more advanced version, but it's not even available. Why exclude an entire country from using such a useful feature which already exists!??!
I hear your sentiments, @JohnnyDMonic.
I understand how the price rule feature can help you run your business more smoothly.
In the meantime, you'll want to manually apply a discount to your invoice. I'll show you how.
To add the discount to your invoice:
You can also refer to this article for more details: Add a discount to an invoice or sales receipt in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, you can also utilize a third-party app that lets you set price rules for your customer. Simply hover to the Apps menu inside your QBO and look for an app from there.
I'd also recommend sending your feedback to our Development team. They will review your suggestion and may consider including it in the next update.
Once you're ready, I've included an article that will help you manage your customer payments easily: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
If you have any further questions about your invoices or QBO, please let me know. I'll be there to help you. Take care!
HI
Now is available in Online, but don't let me select a specific customer, only have the option to select All Customer.
What can I do for create a specific customer rule or pricing?
Thanks!
I appreciate you for joining this thread and letting us know your concern about setting price rules for specific customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Arma1985.
In QuickBooks, you can manage the cost of your products and services through pricing rules. You can present price reductions or charge varying fees per item. Additionally, you have the option to charge different rates. Given that the option is available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced. The application also has an option to assign this specifically to a customer.
In your case, we can perform a troubleshooting that helps fix the issue. Doing so will eliminate unusual behavior within the product.
To start, we can access your company file using a private window. The private window is a helpful tool for troubleshooting browser-related difficulties as it won't preserve any history. The following are the keyboard shortcuts:
After that, create the price rule in this setup and assign it to a specific customer. Once done, let’s give your browser a fresh start by clearing the cache or cookies to prevent this from happening again. If not, using one of the supported browsers can also be a smart choice.
Furthermore, you can refer to this article to create an invoice to add items you sell to your customers. Afterward, you can record its payments to keep your records accurate:

Is this feature available to UK users now?
Hello there, Johnny.
I understand the benefits of having this type of feature for QuickBooks Online UK. Although this feature has not yet been implemented in the United Kingdom, it is something we are considering. However, there is no timeframe for it.
In the meantime, I encourage you to submit feedback to our Product Development Team, so they can look into this feature and add it to future updates.
Here's how:

Is this feature avaible yet - it seems it has been on the US version for years? We have specific types of customers set at different rates (which is pretty industry standard) and cannot create a price price variant for each type of customer. This is delaying our move to QB's online and really hope there is a solution soon.
