Can you help? Hi, I am using Quickbooks 2017 and I need assistance on removing the "View & Payments Invoice" button from the invoices that I send.

To disable the online payment option added to invoices you can edit your preferences in QuickBooks.

Here's how: 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks file as single user, Admin role.
2. From the main menu, click Edit.
3. Select Preferences.
4. Click on Payments.
5. Click on Company Preferences.
6. Remove tick mark from Credit Card and Bank Transfer (ACH) options.
7. Click OK to save settings.

These steps will remove the online pay option from future invoices.
