Welcome and thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community page, @jrsbusinesses.

We're able to import bank transactions into QuickBooks Desktop by preparing web connect (.qbo) files. Importing bank statements in PDF format is currently unavailable. If you want to enter the transactions manually, you can do it by going to the Banking tab and select a transaction you want to add from the result. Or, by exploring the tabs at the top menu bar.

Also, you can enter a transaction through the register.

  1. Select Chart of Accounts from the List menu.
  2. Look for your bank account, then double-click it to open.
  3. Enter a payment or deposit, the tap on Record to save it.

Let me know if have any other questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good day!

@jrsbusinesses

You may convert it to XLS/CSV by using a free tool in the market. Then utlize a 3rd party tool to import it in bulk.
