Just converted from Desktop to QBO and if I print 3 checks on a page only the top check is aligned correctly.

Help!

Also, I do not see how to print just 1 check... on desktop I can hit "partial page" so easily..

No app necessary. If you use standard checks which come three to a page, you may have one or two checks left over from a previous printing.

To print a partial page of one or two checks:

Choose Expenses at the left > Print Checks.
Go to the Select Checks to Print section.
For Number of checks on first page, choose 1 or 2 (it defaults to 3 if you're printing a full page of 3 checks). It is called Standard. You will see the pic for three checks.
Click Print.

To prevent wasted checks and paper jams, attach a reusable Intuit Forms Leader to easily print one or two leftover checks.

Go to the Select Checks to Print section. (You can get there by going to the navigation bar, click Transactions (or Expenses tab depending on your setup) > Print Checks.
For Number of checks on first page, choose 1 or 2 (it defaults to 3 if you're printing a full page of 3 checks).
Click Print.

Printing on voucher checks without the voucher printing

If you have voucher checks and only want the check printed without the voucher part printing, you will need to change the check type to Standard and print one check at a time.

Choose Expenses at the left > Print Checks.
In the Alignment and Setup section, select Standard checks
In the Select Checks to Print section, choose 1 for the Number of checks on first page
Select the check you want printed and click Print.

You will need to do this for each check you want printed without the voucher part of the check being printed.

I also have the problem of the first check aligning but the rest are not. Looks like it is printing a voucher check and not a standard check which I am asking for. How do I fix this?
