Connect to Paypal Hold and Hold Reversal Transactions

My Paypal account had ran a good amount of payment hold and hold reversal transactions, which is being categorized as Uncategorized Income and Uncategorized expenses. Is there a way to remove these transactions from included in my reports?

Additionally, I recently saw under the paypal checking account settings, there's an option to "Sync Hold and Reversal Transactions". Is this a new feature? Would it be easier to delete my current paypal checking account in quickbooks and reconnect it with the "Sync Hold and Reversal Transactions" on?

Just looking for the best course of action, thanks!

Connect to Paypal Hold and Hold Reversal Transactions

I can share some insights about connecting the PayPal account, @deag.

QuickBooks sometimes categorizes transactions into temporary accounts like Undeposited Income Or Uncategorized Expense accounts. To fix this, make sure to categorize them accordingly. This way, it will be removed from your reports.
