Does anybody HATE QuickBooks online as much as I do? So many features and navigation methods do not exist in Quickbooks Online that existed in the desktop versions.-1

QBO and QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) are two different programs. Where, the online program has more advanced automatic features. While the desktop version has more customizable options and experiences. Thus, some features are only available inside a specific QuickBooks version.

In the meantime, you can submit feedback directly to our product engineers on what features and navigation processes you want to add or improve in the online version. This way, they'll further review and include them in future product enhancements.

1. Tap the three-dotted icon at the top right part of your screen,
2. Select Feedback.

From the web browser:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Enter your product suggestions or feedback.
3. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

You know that word salad makes no sense, right?  The relevance of enabling features and navigation methods? Huh?

Yes, QBO has definitely become one of the worst and most expensive products out there for the services people actually need from it.

It depends on what features you are looking for, but there are certainly better options out there.

If you're able to go back to Desktop, that's probably the easiest option for you. Others have also found Xero, Wave, and Freshbooks to be good alternatives.

X, F, and Z. But not W. You can also purchase a 3rd party conversion service if required.

Same as getting a help article that actually answers the problem. Usually it is unrelated to the problem
