The option to have a reorder point notification through email is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, we can know when the items are low on stocks or out of stocks when we setup their reorder point.

so going after a workaround, the graphics on the products landing page click on them and the list for low or out of stock items displays. thought we could clone those reports over to custom reports and then schedule but can't find a way to make those reports.
guess we will reassess the reorder workflow, thanks again
Thanks Fiat Lux for the quick response, think we will take another look at our workflow before we invest in another app to put on top of QBO.
