Hi there, @Jesselyn and @Newfocusbookkeeping. Your accounts' security is my priority. I'm here to route you to the right department to verify the email information.
I understand that you didn't request any changes to your account. Since you've got an email about your EFT account updates, I would recommend reaching out to our QBO Support to confirm and review your information. I love to check this for you, but for privacy reasons, I won't be able to display personal details here in the Community forum.

If you happen to receive doubtful emails, you can report them directly.
On the other hand, I'm adding this material for more tips while recording EFT payments in QuickBooks: Record a bill payment by EFT, ATM card, or debit card.

This is spam email. Don’t worry just ignore it
I received the same email. I was signing up for QBO payments to accept credit card payments or checks for invoices. I called and spoke to them and it was legit. I just needed to continue the setup for online payment processing. It now shows in my account info under payments.
I hope this helps!
