Buy nowI have uploaded all the transactions in Quickbooks Desktop as on 31 December 2019 and 31 December 2020. When I open the balance sheet for December 2019 it's showing nothing but for December 2020 it's showing all data on the balance sheet. can someone help me please?
The balance sheet will show balances only on or after the date of the first recorded transactions that use balance sheet accounts. If you look review the General Ledger report (from the Reports | Accountant & Taxes menu) what is the earliest date a balance sheet account is used?
i have set the date 31 December 2019 and 31 December 2020. All the Journal entries were posted manually in the same for both years but when I run the report of 2019 (31 December 2019) its showing nothing but for 2020 its showing all in the balance sheet.

Then, check if it's still out of balance or not showing the 2019 journal entries. If there are no transactions, let's run the verify/rebuild tool to identify if it's data damage.
