I can't find an easy way to run a sales report by Country.
We're unable to pull up a foreign sales report, Apha_T. Let me help you get around with it.
You have to filter the customers of the same country manually. Here's how:
Also, you can pull up the Customer Contact List report. It will help you get each customer's address or country. Here's how:
I'll also add this reference on how to create, access, and modify memorized reports. It will help you save or memorize the same customization of the report to be available for future use.
If there's anything else that you need, we're just one post or comment away. Take care!
Thanks Kristine,
For the 2nd option, when I run that every job under the customer is listed. Is there any way to suppress that level of detail?
I don't think the first solution helps. I can select multiple names, but that doesn't give me groupings by country. I can put USA in the country field, but is there a way to use a formula, like <> USA to get the rest of the world?
Thanks for replying, @Alpha_T.
You've got the right idea, but the filter for Country isn't a feature in QuickBooks Desktop. However, you can submit Feedback to our Development team so that they can consider the filter for future QuickBooks updates. The steps below will show you how:
I'm also going to submit Feedback to our Development team personally because I know it'll be useful to you and other users.
Feel free to post below if you have any other questions or concerns. Enjoy the rest of your week!
