It isn't the experience we want you to have when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please know that you'll want to contact our Customer Care Team so they can get your details and conduct further investigation to determine those fraudulent charges on your card. Once everything is ready, they'll provide instructions on how you can retrieve the money and have it back in your account. These are the steps:
