Let me start by saying how much we appreciate your intent to help grow the QuickBooks family. Intuit offers a couple incentives for these types of referrals that you may be interested in:

• The QuickBooks Affiliate Program is an exciting opportunity that allows current and future Intuit partners and affiliates to provide QuickBooks to your clients. Affiliates place an official logo on their websites and earn commissions by selling QuickBooks software. If you're interested, follow the link to begin an application.
• Our traditional QuickBooks Refer-A-Friend program operates from within the software. Just click the Gear icon (⚙) and select Refer a Friend. The incentives involved with this are always changing, but we're currently offering a promotional subscription discount to the client and a Visa gift card to you for your service. Simply fill out the information shown in the image below to receive a referral link that can be sent to the client.

Hello, I don't seem to have the option to refer a friend in my settings. I'm using the Quickbooks Self-employed software in the UK. Is this option not available to me?

It's great to hear that you're interested in referring QuickBooks Self-Employed to a friend. At this time, the Refer-A-Friend option is only available in QBSE US.

You'll want to tell your friend to subscribe to QBSE UK free trial.
