Great customer service but no action by resolution team!

I have been speaking with very friendly customer service people since July 7th to resolve what seems like a simple issue of "undeleting a project".  This is keeping me from closing my books and after getting a case # and investigation # I called today to find out that the investigation has not even been assigned to be worked on yet.  Maybe the team that leads the great customer service group should also lead the resolution process.  My investigation #INV-61170 if anyone else is having this issue.

As of now, the investigation is still ongoing. Rest assured, either my colleagues or I will get back to this thread once an update is available about this issue. Since you already reached out to our Phone Support team, your company file is listed as one of the affected users.

Thanks for your reply.  I wouldn’t agree that it is ongoing when after a month it has yet to be assigned to work on. What can we do to get it assigned to begin working on?  Do you know how frustrating it is to have to call multiple times over the course of a month just to be told you haven’t even started to look at it?
