Join nowI use tags for all of my expenses. When it is time to pay a credit card I run a transaction list by tag report for that card and select group by: "tag group name". This has been working since tags were introduced to QBO. Today when I ran a report all of the tags were in one group. I tried different accounts, alll of which have worked as expected up until now, and none of them are doing what I need any more. Has something been changed? Is there a fix?

I recognize the inconvenience of the tags feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO)not working as it should. This feature is important for efficiently categorizing transactions and understanding your spending.
Several customers reported that the Transaction List by Tag Group report displays tags in a single group rather than each applicable label. We can see the issue has caused the data on the statement to be out of order, but rest assured this will be handled with utmost urgency by our engineers.

The Assitant/Chatbot is completely useless, it tells me it is having technical difficulties every time I type anything! I am still waiting for some sort of update but your instructions don't work for me and please don't suggest a link to an article about what tags are and how to use them

I'm having this exact same issue. It is very frustrating since I use it for invoicing. Sorting through supplier bills manually to figure out what to invoice is going to be a nightmare!

This is a complete joke. You have broken an important feature. FIX IT NOW.

Don,t bother to be added to the affected user. I'm on that list for almost 2 month and doesn't make a difrent. The report still with error.
I had manage a work around to get tagging work on some reports.
I had to use each tag group as alone tag. Can,t have 2 tag on same tag group. Treat each tag group as individuals. As soon you add 2 tag to a tag group most report fail to work.
That may not work for you and you will need to re-tag everything..
Luckily for me this work, at least for how i use the tag...

I manage to find a workaround to make some report work..
You must had to treat each tag group as individuals/alone. This allows some reports work. As soon you add a 2nd tag to same group tag it damage most report... Use each tag group as singular tag..
That may not work for you, depend how you use the tags, plus you will need to re-tag everything....
At least it work for me and how i use the tagging reports..
