Has anyone had a problem with the new bill pay (replaced Melio) that takes money from the incorrect bank account, even though the correct one was specified & recorded?

Using QBO for ACH transactions. Annoyed to have to select the correct bank account each time but more annoyed that even though the correct bank account was specified & recorded by bill pay correctly the money came from a second bank account.

You can still sign up for a free Melio account to sync with QBO.

Yes. Just spent some time with Support, they were able to confirm this is what happened, and is a matter they are investigating.
