Allow me to share some information about funds being placed on hold, @showkillawheels-.
For new QuickBooks Payments users, the first few payments take a bit longer to process while we set everything up. If you see the word "Withheld" in the Method column when signing in to your Merchant Service Center, that payment is on hold, and we're reviewing it.
When something unexpected occurs in your transaction, this may trigger a hold on that payments. Below are some common reasons for this:

Hi, @showkillawheels-.
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the on-hold funds concern you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
Yes, having issues also with Intuit holding funds. They request documents, then they review it, then they request other documents, then they review it, then they request again documents, then they review it.. And this all takes time, meanwhile the funds of the small business is being held by intuit. This is extremely not efficient process, because first of all for the small businesses funds are very important as they need to make payments to their vendors, second of all intuit should request documents they need initially when opening account and all documents at once, instead of interrupting the small business and wasting their time and holding their funds.
Intuit is holding my fund. My customer made 2 payments, first payment was sent to my account, the second payment was held back by intuit. Intuit flag my account and closed my account. I keep calling intuit payment department without any answers. The risk department has been contacted as well as the back office, several escalations has been raised and still no resolution. My customer is going to sue me thinking I am scamming them but it’s intuit holding funds. I keep getting email to verified my account and send proof my account is valid, however, since my account was closed I am unable to send any information. Intuit is stealing money from their customers.
