Having trouble receiving money from my two invoices that I have and putting them into my banking account

Glad to see you in the Community, Jayfelix23.

I want to ensure you can receive money from your two invoices and put them into the bank account seamlessly.

To clarify, are you referring to the funding and posting of the payments? If yes, allow me to provide some information on how long does it takes to get the payments posted to your account.

If you’re new to QuickBooks Payments, the first deposit may take longer (within 5 business days) since we’re setting up your account. Once done, we’ll send an email informing you that your payments will be processed at the normal speed. The funding time varies depending on the payment method your customer uses. Credit card payments are posted in your account the next business day, while a bank transfer can take up to 5 business days.

The following article outlines complete steps on how to check the status of deposits and specific customer payments. It also provides information about the deposit speed: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Let’s go to the Deposits window to check the status of the funds. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your merchant account.
  2. Tap the Activity & Reports drop-down to select Deposits.

  3. Click the Dates drop-down, set the correct date range and hit Search.
  4. This will display a list of transactions.
  5. From there, find the funds and check for the status.

Check out the Search for deposits or fees in the Merchant Service Center guide for additional resources. It outlines the complete instructions on how to look for deposits and fees and screenshots for visual reference.

However, if you’re receiving payments manually, here’s an article that will guide you through the step by step process: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

If you meant something else, any additional information shared can help me provide a timely solution to resolve the issue. I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Have a good one.
