Hello there, yuvalperry-inves.

It's required to enter the SSN number to comply with the government's mandate.  You may also use your Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and make sure the details is matched with what the IRS has on file for your business.

Though, it's best to contact our payment support for other ways to apply the ACH payments feature. They can provide better alternatives specific to your situation. You can contact them during these hours:

  • 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday
  • 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Saturday

Here are some articles that will guide you through connecting your payment account in QBO:

@yuvalperry-inves

You may use either EIN or ITIN to register these payment services as other options.
