Hi @392217,
Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps to show your task list in your dashboard.
To start with, let's access your account in a new incognito or private window of your browser. To check if it's not your browser causing the issue.
If you can see the list of your task in your dashboard, you can clear your browser's cache to optimize its performance. And maximizes your browser experience when using QuickBooks Online.
However, if you're unable to see your task list, let's use a new browser application. From there, access your account and see your task list in your dashboard.
In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about browser troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting Browser Problems.
Please know that you must complete the process when you open your task in your dashboard. Because it'll automatically be removed in the list of your task and will not appear again even if you're unable to complete your task.
