This sort of works, but it only allows us to add one field for information. It doesn't truly allow us to add multiple contacts.
This sort of worked. Although this only allows one field to add a single contact, not multiple.

With the info mentioned above you'll be able to add one additional contact to a vendor profile, but I understand you'll need multiple. In this case I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team for review. This can be done directly through your QuickBooks Online account by clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner then select Feedback. Be sure to let them know you'd like to have the ability to add multiple contacts to one vendor profile.

There are several applications that work with the online program. You can visit the QuickBooks Apps Center to find one that allows you to enter the information stated above.
To speed up the process, enter a keyword in the Search field. From the list, choose the one that best suits your business need.

I agree. This is mind boggling to me. Every Vendor I work with has multiple contacts and therefore I need to be able to choose and add different email addresses. Please adivse if anyone has a solution.
This does not answer my question or offer a solution. I don't need to buy another App. Quick Books Online needs to allow us to add multiple vendor contacts from same company and their emails and allow us to choose who is sent what.
Why should my sales contact get the ACH payment info meant for Accounts Payable? A completely different email address

The option to add multiple vendor contacts with the same email and company name in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. I can see it's a good idea, and we'd love to hear your input. I agree 100%. This is a big problem that needs to be solved. I need to send vendor POs to one email, and Bill Payment notifications need to go to a different email address. Just about every vendor requires this basic capability.
