As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have a built-in feature that directly indicates whether an invoice has been emailed to a recipient or not. However, there are a few steps you can take to infer whether an invoice has been emailed in QuickBooks Online:
Email History: QuickBooks Online keeps a history of emails sent from the platform. This history can be accessed in the "Audit Log" or "Activity Log" section, depending on your version of QBO. While this won't directly show you if an invoice has been emailed, you might be able to deduce it based on the email activity associated with that invoice.
How do I know if an emailed invoice bounced back? Especially if multiple email addresses for a customer?
