We have implemented streamlined bank-level security in protecting your information, making sure that your information is yours alone. Once you delete your account in QuickBooks Self-Employed, your information will be deleted permanently and will not be recoverable.

 

To complete the process, see the steps below:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon, then Intuit Account.
  2. Update your preferences or go to Data & Privacy to Download or Delete your data.

I don't want to delete my data - I've already done that. I want to delete my account. I want you to stop emailing me. I want you to lose all of my information.

Since you've followed the steps by my colleague above. I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Customer Care support. They can assist you on how to request their data login to be deleted.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click Assistant at the top right.
  3. Type talk to a human.
  4. Choose your preferred support method.
