Displaying both your lockbox and regular business addresses on sales forms (i.e., invoices and estimates) using QuickBooks Online (QBO) is my priority, @AnitaBrett. I'm here to show you how.
You can either edit your current invoice and estimate (default) templates or import new ones to display both your lockbox and regular business addresses.
If you'll want to edit your current invoice and estimate (default) templates, you can add your lockbox address details through the Message on invoice field. To do this, edit your template from the Custom form styles page. Then, go to the Content tab's Footer section to add the lockbox address in the Message on invoice field. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
