How can I email customer support?

I have an email from customer support from about a month back saying I was going to be charged less than 320 for my annual renewal and today I was charged 320. When I reply to that email I get an auto reply that ticket is closed or doesn't exist

When subscribing to QuickBooks Online, you'll have the option to pay monthly, or you can save 10% with annual billing. However, there are certain charges you may encounter to your credit card or bank about your subscription. With this, Intuit gives you the option to check where it’s coming from and why. Furthermore, you can also access your purchased order and payment history to confirm if the amount of $320.00 is from Intuit. 

 

Here's how to view order history:

 

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Under Payment and Order Activity, choose View Order History.
  3. Filter the list by time period or date range. The order history can show the orders made in your account within the last 180 days.
  4. Choose Order Number to view the Order details.

 

Then, follow the steps below on how to view payment history.

 

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Choose View your transaction under Payment and Order Activity.
  3. Filter the list by date and time. Then, the payment history can show both payments and refunds in your account within the last 360 days or one year.
  4. Select the Details link next to the payment or refund to see more details.
  5. Review the payment details.

How can I email customer support?

Yes on 9/9/21 I was charged 270 and on 9/922 i was charged 320

 

Then as you can see from the attachment from an intuit employee i was told in writing i would NOT be charged 320

Based on the screenshot you provided, it was coming from our support team. It indicates that you have given a discount on your Annual subscription. Instead of paying 320, you'll be charged approximately $247.00.

 

If you have further question about this, you can contact our support care for further details. They have the necessary tools to check and track your billing and subscription. 

 

To reach them, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Click either Chat with us or Have us call you button.

Yes, my card has been charged $320....Why is it so difficult to get customer support?

 

I can only reach out to these people live during business hours when I'm working. Is there anywhere to request email support?
