I have an email from customer support from about a month back saying I was going to be charged less than 320 for my annual renewal and today I was charged 320. When I reply to that email I get an auto reply that ticket is closed or doesn't exist
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, retnepracrolyat. I appreciate you sharing a screenshot of the email you received. I'll be providing details on what are the different Intuit charges you may encounter. Then, you'll be routed to the right person to verify this and fix it.
When subscribing to QuickBooks Online, you'll have the option to pay monthly, or you can save 10% with annual billing. However, there are certain charges you may encounter to your credit card or bank about your subscription. With this, Intuit gives you the option to check where it’s coming from and why. You can open this article to view steps on how to perform the process: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.
Furthermore, you can also access your purchased order and payment history to confirm if the amount of $320.00 is from Intuit.
Here's how to view order history:
Then, follow the steps below on how to view payment history.
If you're unable to see the amount of $320.00 after performing the information above, you'll need to check a few things to confirm if an email you received came from Intuit. You can click this article to view extra details: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.
However, if you confirmed that the email is from Intuit, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to check your account to verify the amount being charged. Also, provide you the complete information about the possible billing charges and give you assurance about this concern.
Lastly, you may refer to this article on how you can modify your billing info and payment method so you can manage subscriptions: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
Stay in touch whenever you have additional questions about receiving charges. I’m here to make sure you’re taken care of, retnepracrolyat. Have a great rest of the day.

Based on the screenshot you provided, it was coming from our support team. It indicates that you have given a discount on your Annual subscription. Instead of paying 320, you'll be charged approximately $247.00.
If you have further question about this, you can contact our support care for further details. They have the necessary tools to check and track your billing and subscription.

Yes, my card has been charged $320....Why is it so difficult to get customer support?
I can only reach out to these people live during business hours when I'm working. Is there anywhere to request email support?
