Good day, userjane.
There's no specific list or report for sub-customers in QuickBooks Online. Both main and sub-customers are listed in the Customers tab in the Sales menu and the Customer Contact List report. You can export these lists to Excel where you can add more filters or remove the parent customers.

Sub-customers have the Colon punctuation mark ( : ) in between the name of the parent and sub-customers. Let me also share this article about exporting data for more details:

Hi userjane,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about getting a list of all sub-customers. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
It is insane that, when viewing a customer, there is no way to see a list of all its sub-customers. There should be a tab called "Sub-customers" just like for "Projects".

p.s. I love that I tried to post this, got an error, then tried to post again and got a flood limit exceeded warning.

That said, I encourage you to send your comments through the Feedback section. This way, our product development team can take note of the need of this functionality and consider adding it in future updates.
