How can I see my clients under the "Go to client's QuickBooks" drop down menu? Right now I can only see some of them.

Greetings, @feliks-melamed.

Thanks for dropping by the Community. I'm here to help make sure that you can view all your clients in QuickBooks.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), make sure that all your clients are checked on the Client Access page so they'll be included on the Go to client's QuickBooks drop-down. Here's how:

1. Go to Team menu under Your Practice section and click your name.
2. In the Edit user screen, select the Client Access tab.
3. Put a check-mark on each client and Save.

Once done, you can now see them Go to client's QuickBooks drop-down. For your reference, you can also check out this article for more information: How to manage client access for firm team member.

That's it! Please let me know how it goes or if I can be of additional assistance in the comment section. I'm always here to help you out. Cheers!

My QuickBooks Online "Client's section is not showing "Go to client's QuickBooks" drop-down menu. What to do?

Hello @Arslanu2,

Your browsing history can be the reason why the Go to client's QuickBooks section is hidden. Thus, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps so you can see them successfully.

But first, you'll want to consider maximizing the display of your browser. You can consider this as one of the reasons why this certain section is hidden. To do so, simply click the Box button between the hyphen (-) and X button on the top-right portion of your browser.

Nevertheless, let's begin by accessing your account in a new incognito or private window of your browser. This way, we can check if this unexpected behavior is related to your current browser or not. Let me guide you how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once completed, you can log back in to your account and check if the Go to client's QuickBooks section is displayed already. If you now see it, you can clear your browser's cache to optimize it. Also, your browser can start from scratch and improve your QuickBooks Online browsing experience.

However, if it's still hidden, let's switch and use a new browser application, log back into your account and check the Go to client's QuickBooks section from there.
