How can I see what invoices I have recently printed?

Hi scooper599,

You can use the Audit Log report to see the recently printed invoices.

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit Log.
  3. Click on View for the invoice.

In the Printed section, you'll see Printed or Not printed

How can I see what invoices I have recently printed?

I've printed invoices and the "Not printed" did not change to "Printed". It still shows "Not Printed" Is there something I need to do in addition to printing the invoice to get this field to acknowledge the invoice is printed?

Thanks,

Teressa
