Your accountant must have a US phone number and be able to receive 2FA messages. It is their new requirement to signup for a new QBO Accountant US account.

Thanks so much for this reply. Does that mean they are limiting accountant who use qbo to only those who are US based?

You can invite your accountant in Kenya as a Company Admin as a workaround.
