How do I change the address that appears on the invoice?

I'll help you change the address that appears on invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @juiceheadmedia.

You can follow these instructions to change your company-facing address:

1. Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner of the screen and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Company tab on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the Pencil icon next to the Customer-facing address section.
   
   
4. You may click Same as company address or enter a different one. Then, Save. 
5. Once you have saved the changes, go back to the main dashboard and create a new invoice. The updated address should now appear on the invoice.

As per my colleague's recommendation, you can update your address in the Account and Settings to keep it current in QBO. Here's how to edit:
 

1. From the gear icon, click Account and Settings under the YOUR COMPANY.
2. In Company, go to the Company address.
3. Select the pencil icon and field the details with your correct address information.
4. If done, hit Save, then Done.

Also, remember that for security purposes, you can update your Intuit account sign-in information directly in your QuickBooks Online account.
