I'm here to help you add email addresses when sending invoices in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online sends your sales forms to the email address "QuickBooks@notification.intuit.com." It is a method to keep you updated on the status of your invoices that have been sent out. The program will notify you when the sales transaction form has been read, sent, or paid.
Furthermore, changing the default email from (quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.) isn't possible. Since this is to safeguard your account and avoid security risks.

Alternatively, you can use Gmail to send your invoice to your customer by connecting your Google account to your QuickBooks account.

Since there isn't a way to change the from email address, is there a system setting so that we are cc'd on all emails that are sent so that we have a copy of the actual email? I am already aware you can add the cc information at the customer level.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Currently, that would be the only way to add cc information. I can see the benefits of having a system setting that automatically does this. For that reason, I will submit feedback to our Developers so they can use it in future releases. I hope you will join me and also submit feedback.

I have connected my Gmail to Quickbooks and my invoices used to send out showing FROM my company email and not the intuit email for the past year and a half until it suddenly stated showing up as FROM intuit and ending up in my customers' Spam box and then customers would never pay because they didnt get the invoice. It's frustrating, annoying and disgusting at this point. You are asking for a monthly subscription and yet you provide 0 customization for simplest of things. Very disappointed and will look for alternative to QB.
I agree, QB does not care about their clients, it is all about the money.
I too am on the move, happy to pay a bit more for something that does provide a higher level of service & functionality.
Not once has Intuit ever responded to anything I have requested.
We lost our bank feeds nearly 600 days ago & I was informed verbally that they will not reinstate them.

It's good to see you here in the Community space, @Zayne123. I can help you enable the carbon copy (Cc) option so you can receive a copy of yourself when sending sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Checking if estimates and invoices are being sent is done manually in QBO, as we need to go through each. However, we can bypass this process by allowing the program to send you a Cc:
