PS. I did diligence by submitting this request through the correct channels, but its clear to me the community has been crying out for this feature for a loooong time. 

Having doubts my request will do a thing. Bet there tons of request for this in already. 

I may only have a basic understanding when it comes to programming, but how hard can it really be to implement based on the billing or delivery address. (Legal in one state/province, not in others)
