Welcome to the Community, Amit.
To import your data into QuickBooks Online, you can only use a specific file such as .csv and .qbo files. However, you can find an available supported third-party app to convert your bank statement from a PDF file to a format compatible with QuickBooks Online. This way, it will be convenient for you to import your files into the software.
You can also utilize the Google Search engine for a converter app for you to convert your PDF file to a CSV file.
After converting your PDF to CSV, we can manually upload your bank statement to QuickBooks Online.
Once done, you can categorize and match your online transactions in QuickBooks.
If you have additional questions besides importing your online banking transactions, you can always click the Reply button below. I'll be around to lend a hand. Stay safe!
Do we have a free converter app?
Use the trial version of the app I mentioned.
Hey there, @EMY37. Thanks for joining the thread.
We don't have any free converter app that would help convert bank statement PDF files to QBO files. However, I can help you look for a third-party converter tool to help accomplish your task. You can simply go to the Apps menu and click Find apps. Then, search for the app from there.
After successfully converting your files, you can now manually import them into QuickBooks. Once they are in the program, it's time to match and categorize them so they will be posted to the right register.
If you have any additional questions about converting your files and importing them into QuickBooks, just add them here. I'll be more than happy to lend a hand. Have a good one.
