How do I create a report showing hours worked by employee vs hours billed to customers?

Is there a way to generate a report showing the chargeable hours per week for each service department employee.

In other words—if an employee was paid for 40 hours in one week, how many hours did we charge out to customers.

At the moment, we're unable to generate a report showing the worked hours and the billed portion to a customer. I recommend sending feedback, so our engineers will know that you need such data. Just click on Help and choose Send Feedback Online.

On the other hand, if you want to check some references for QuickBooks Desktop, just visit the main support page and choose More topics.
