How do I delete multiple unpaid bills in quickbooks online

I appreciate you for posting the details of your concern, @Coppersmith13. I'll be sharing some information about deleting multiple unpaid bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, the feature to delete unpaid bills in bulk isn't available. What we can do is run a report to view these unpaid bills. Then you can delete them one at a time.

Follow the steps to proceed:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type it in and select Unpaid Bills.
  3. Select All Dates under the Report period field (adjust the date range if necessary).
  4. Click the dates or amounts to open the transactions.
  5. Select More then Delete.

You can also check out this article for another way to delete a bill in QBO: How to delete a bill.

I'd also recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.

In addition, you can check out this article that will help you with recording and managing your bills in QBO: Enter bills and record bill payments in QuickBooks Online. Also, this article helps you with deleting an expense transaction in QBO.

In case you want to set up a recurring bill in the future, you can follow the steps outlined by this article: How to set up a recurring bill.

Please know that you're always welcome to post a reply in this thread if you have any other questions about managing your vendor bills. I'll be here ready to assist you. Keep safe!

I'm finding comments about this issue for 2-3 years... why hasn't this been added as yet? I have 600 bills to delete...OMG this needs a batch function ASAP!

I agree!!! These stupid apps that don't work correctly have now added these fees as an unpaid invoice. So frustrating.
