How do I print a customer listing with email phone listing when many customers have multiple contacts?

1. On the Customer Contact List report, click Customize Report.
2. From the Display tab, select all the contact information you need to show on the report.
3. Hit OK.
   

Once done, you can print the report from there or export it into Excel. I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.

Thank you for your response but it doesn't do the trick.  I can add as many customer contacts per customer that I want but I can only seem to print the main and secondary contacts on a report.  Any other suggestions?

Yes, we can add multiple contacts to each customer. However, we can only include the primary and secondary contacts when running a report.

While the option to print all contacts is unavailable, I suggest you sending feedback about this to our developers. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Hover over Send Feedback Online and select Product Suggestion.
3. In the Here is my suggestion: field, please provide how exactly you want this feature to work.
4. Tap Send Feedback.

This is a terrible limitation of QB. QB really lacks in providing a program that supports companies that do business with other large companies. You all always suggest we tell support that they need to add functionality to the program, but no changes ever get made. Very disappointing.
